We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Brooklyn, New York. In this role, you will design, implement, and support advanced networking solutions, with a particular emphasis on Arista technologies, including switching and wireless systems. If you are passionate about optimizing network infrastructure and ensuring its reliability, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design, deploy, and manage Arista-based network systems, including spine-leaf architectures.<br>• Configure and operate Arista switches, routers, and wireless access points to ensure seamless connectivity.<br>• Utilize Arista CloudVision for network automation, telemetry, and orchestration.<br>• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues across diverse environments.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability and alignment with organizational goals.<br>• Monitor network performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.<br>• Document network configurations, topology, and maintenance procedures for future reference.<br>• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide escalation support when necessary.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Arista technologies.<br>• Proficiency in Arista switches, CloudVision, and wireless infrastructure.<br>• Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and VLAN.<br>• Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting languages like Python or Ansible.<br>• Solid knowledge of network security principles and best practices.<br>• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as NetFlow and Syslog.<br>• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex issues.<br>• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
