<p>Robert Half is recruiting for a strategic and detail-oriented Controller/ Consultant to lead the financial operations of an expanding multi-entertainment provider. This role is instrumental in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This interim role will be located onsite in Brea, CA.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>- Accounting Oversight: Manage all accounting functions including general ledger, revenue recognition,</p><p>- Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP and entertainment industry standards.</p><p>- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and analysts across multiple business lines.</p><p>- System Optimization: Leverage Microsoft Dynamics and Blackline to streamline accounting workflows, automate reconciliations, and enhance reporting capabilities.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).</p><p>- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in retail or entertainment, consumer goods</p><p>- Strong leadership and communication skills.</p><p>-Managerial experience ( to oversee the work and manage staff of 20 people) </p><p>- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and Blackline is ideal to have</p>

<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</p><p>• A minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within the retail, entertainment, or consumer goods sectors.</p><p>• Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</p><p>• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and Blackline is ideal to have </p><p>• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectively.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills to convey financial information across various levels of the organization.</p><p>• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and implement process improvements.</p><p>• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and accounting standards.</p>
