We are looking for a skilled litigation attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. This is a long term contract position where you will handle a diverse caseload while preparing and arguing motions, managing discovery responses, and assisting with trial preparation. This position is based in Braintree, Massachusetts. Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee a heavy litigation caseload, ensuring all deadlines and case requirements are met.• Draft and argue motions effectively in court.• Prepare discovery responses and coordinate with legal teams to gather necessary documentation.• Conduct pre-trial preparation, including briefing and strategy development.• Assist in trial proceedings, including presenting cases and cross-examining witnesses.• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure effective communication and case strategy.• Analyze legal documents and case files to provide accurate recommendations.• Stay updated on legal precedents and procedural changes relevant to civil litigation cases.

• Licensed attorney with active membership in the state bar. • 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation with strong attention to detail. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and legal correspondence. • Solid knowledge of discovery processes and trial preparation. • Strong ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. • Commitment to delivering high-quality legal work under tight deadlines.
