Responsibilities:• Complete tax return input tasks for lower-tier properties within the low-income housing tax credit industry.• Participate in a 1-2 week onsite training program to gain proficiency in company systems and data mapping processes.• Input schedule information swiftly and accurately into proprietary software as per company guidelines.• Collaborate with the Investment Management Resource Team to address issues or questions related to tax return data.• Maintain professionalism and adhere to deadlines, ensuring minimal absences during the critical project duration.

• A degree or coursework in finance or accounting, or relevant detail-oriented experience in these fields. • Familiarity with tax returns, financial statements, and reporting processes. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong communication and time management skills. • Commitment to the project timeline and ability to handle responsibilities efficiently during the contract period.
