Project Manager
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the healthcare industry by leading and optimizing projects that drive impactful results. As a contract-to-permanent position, this role requires a candidate who thrives in dynamic environments and can effectively manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead and manage diverse projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.<br>• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.<br>• Coordinate resources and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.<br>• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.<br>• Implement formal project management practices to maintain structured workflows and processes.<br>• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.<br>• Monitor and report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.<br>• Facilitate team meetings and provide clear guidance to ensure project goals are met.<br>• Work closely with marketing and healthcare divisions to align project initiatives with business needs.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare or marketing industries.<br>• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and formal project management practices.<br>• PMP Certification or equivalent is highly preferred.<br>• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.<br>• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.<br>• Proficiency in project management tools and software.<br>• Familiarity with Bullhorn and HubSpot is a strong advantage.<br>• Ability to identify and address challenges, ensuring projects remain on track and within scope.
