We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and hiring top talent to support the healthcare industry. This position requires creativity, innovation, and a proactive approach to recruitment strategies.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates.<br>• Set and achieve weekly recruitment goals to meet organizational needs.<br>• Stay updated on modern recruitment techniques to ensure competitiveness in the market.<br>• Review, refine, and post job descriptions across various platforms.<br>• Utilize social media tools and other channels to build a strong pipeline of professionals with relevant experience.<br>• Create and execute marketing plans to enhance recruitment branding and recognition.<br>• Facilitate communication between HR teams and candidates throughout the interview process.<br>• Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to HR Directors for planning and forecasting.<br>• Offer recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes.<br>• Represent the company at job fairs and networking events.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.<br>• Strong background in corporate recruitment practices.<br>• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels.<br>• Skilled in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.<br>• Ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
