<p>Robert Half is partnering with a well-respected South Florida law firm who is seeking a commercial real estate attorney with 5+ years' experience. <strong>This position can work 100% remote. </strong>This role focuses on handling complex commercial real estate transactions within a collegial, entrepreneurial environment, combining the quality and caliber of Big Law with the flexibility of low billable hours and remote work. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Experience with complex real estate finance transactions on behalf of banks and institutional lenders.</p><p>• Structure, document, and close loans from the lender’s perspective.</p><p>• Facilitate closings for complex real estate deals by coordinating with stakeholders and resolving any issues.</p><p>• Collaborate with clients, lenders, and other parties to achieve successful transaction outcomes.</p><p>• Provide legal advice and guidance on commercial real estate matters.</p><p>• Negotiate terms and agreements with opposing counsel to secure favorable outcomes.</p><p>Apply in confidence and send a resume to <strong>Deb Montero on LinkedIn.</strong></p>

<p>• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited law school and active admission to any Bar</p><p>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale real estate transactions, <strong>lender representation experience required</strong></p><p>• Experience working in BigLaw  or mid-sized law firm environment.</p><p>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</p>
