Paralegal
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team on a contract basis in Beverly Hills, California. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our legal operations, particularly in corporate governance, entity formation, and filings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail to contribute to a dynamic legal environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist with corporate governance tasks, including maintaining and updating minute books and organizational records.<br>• Manage entity formation processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.<br>• Prepare and file documents with appropriate agencies, including SEC filings and other corporate requirements.<br>• Support litigation efforts, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management.<br>• Coordinate and maintain case management software to streamline legal operations.<br>• Conduct research and draft legal documents as needed for corporate and litigation matters.<br>• Ensure all filings and documentation meet legal standards and deadlines.<br>• Liaise with attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.<br>• Provide administrative and organizational support to the legal team as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal or in a related legal role.<br>• Proficiency in corporate governance, entity formation, and SEC filings.<br>• Strong knowledge of discovery processes, trial preparation, and litigation procedures.<br>• Familiarity with case management software and tools.<br>• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.<br>• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in documentation.<br>• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.<br>• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is preferred.
