Robert Half Management Resources is seeking several experienced Financial Reporting Managers for a remote engagement supporting our global entertainment client. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing financial reporting processes, which includes assessing current reporting practices, identifying process gaps, and designing and developing future-state financial reports. You will also support the successful implementation of the OneStream platform. This position provides the opportunity to collaborate with both finance and IT stakeholders to ensure financial reporting solutions align with key business objectives. Responsibilities:• Conduct thorough analyses of current financial and management reporting systems, including legacy and OneStream configurations.• Engage with finance and technical teams to gather and document reporting requirements for future-state design.• Develop, test, and implement new financial and operational reports within the OneStream platform.• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data-related issues, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.• Provide expert guidance on best practices for OneStream reporting and system utilization.• Offer training and knowledge transfer sessions to finance and project teams to ensure effective system adoption.• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting processes and align them with organizational goals.• Support ongoing system enhancements and proactively address gaps in reporting functionality.• Review deliverables and provide feedback to ensure alignment with project milestones and objectives.

• Extensive hands-on experience with OneStream implementations, preferably across multiple project cycles. • Strong background in finance or accounting, with a proven ability to enhance reporting processes. • Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with senior finance, IT, and project stakeholders. • Proficiency in project delivery, requirements gathering, and problem-solving within financial systems. • Familiarity with other financial systems such as Hyperion is a plus. • Prior experience in multi-phase system implementation projects is highly desirable. • Ability to train and mentor finance teams to support long-term system success. • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or system implementation.
