<p>Our client is a leading entertainment company based in Beverly Hills, known for its dynamic, fast-paced environment and innovative approach to the industry. They are seeking an experienced <strong>Accounts Payable Specialist</strong> to join their growing team on a <strong>temp-to-hire</strong> basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a creative organization while working closely with finance and accounting leadership</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process high-volume accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and timely payments.</li><li>Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to verify proper coding and documentation.</li><li>Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments.</li><li>Maintain vendor records, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Assist with month-end closing tasks, including accruals and AP reconciliations.</li><li>Support audit requests and provide documentation as needed.</li><li>Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment inquiries.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2–4 years of accounts payable experience; entertainment industry experience a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of AP processes, three-way matching, and expense coding.</li><li>Experience with accounting software (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) highly preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
