Your key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Engaging callers to identify and address their needs with professionalism.</li><li>Answering common questions clearly and accurately.</li><li>Scheduling and rescheduling tax preparation appointments while managing multiple calendars.</li><li>Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication with clients and team members.</li></ul><p>This contract role will span January through mid-March, with the potential for future opportunities based on program needs.
