In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in processing and managing data efficiently, ensuring accuracy and organization. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized and proficient in computer-based data entry tasks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Accurately input data from various construction-related sources into company systems.<br>• Manage and organize information received from multiple companies within the construction industry.<br>• Perform numeric and alphanumeric data entry tasks with precision.<br>• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data.<br>• Verify and cross-check entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.<br>• Generate reports and summaries based on compiled data.<br>• Identify and resolve discrepancies within entered information.<br>• Utilize computer software and tools to perform data entry efficiently.

• Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a construction or contractor environment.<br>• Ability to perform both numeric and alphanumeric data entry tasks accurately.<br>• Proficiency in typing and working with computer-based systems.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Familiarity with data entry software and tools.<br>• Ability to manage large volumes of information from multiple sources.<br>• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.<br>• High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
