<p>Robert Half is searching for a <strong>Systems Administrator</strong> to join a Robert Half client based in Bellevue, Washington. This long term contract position involves managing local IT infrastructure, supporting business-critical applications, and ensuring the seamless operation of systems. This position is 100% Onsite and will go through the end of January.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: </strong>through the end of January 2026</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>100% Onsite in Bellevue</p><p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday - Friday 8A-5P</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Administer and maintain onsite servers, network shares, and virtualization environments, including Dell hardware and Hyper-V.</li><li>Oversee backup and recovery operations using Veeam to ensure data security and system continuity.</li><li>Implement security measures and IT best practices to protect systems and data, collaborating with the central IT team.</li><li>Support Windows 11 upgrades, configure Group Policies, and manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance.</li><li>Provide technical assistance for internally developed applications, working closely with the software development team to troubleshoot issues and maintain test environments.</li><li>Document application dependencies and environment configurations to ensure operational clarity.</li><li>Address local IT operational needs by troubleshooting and resolving system issues.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service delivery, maintenance, and escalations with external providers.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to align with enterprise standards and practices.</li><li>Act as a backup resource for the local Client Services team when required</li></ul>

<ul><li>3+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support roles.</li><li>Proficiency in managing Dell server hardware and Hyper-V virtualization environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of Windows Server and security protocols.</li><li>Experience supporting custom applications and maintaining development/test environments.</li><li>Familiarity with Active Directory and infrastructure troubleshooting.</li><li>Skilled in vendor management and effective communication.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Knowledge of backup solutions like Veeam and scripting tools such as PowerShell is preferred.</li></ul>
