Help Desk Analyst
<p>Robert Half is looking for a skilled <strong>IT Support Specialis</strong>t with strong AV and hardware troubleshooting expertise to support a client growing software company based in Bellevue, Washington. This role provides critical support to both on-site and remote users, ensuring seamless technology operations across a blended Windows and Mac environment. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> Short-term contract, with potential to extend or conversion </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> 100% onsite in Downtown Bellevue, Washington </p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·      Provide Tier 2 support for 100 on-site users and up to 250 remote users, including walk-up/desktop, email, and phone support.</p><p>·      Act as the escalation point for Tier 1 tickets submitted through Jira, troubleshooting hardware, software, and configuration issues.</p><p>·      Support AV setup and troubleshooting for Teams, Zoom, NEAT hardware, and conference room technologies, dedicating at least 50% of the role to AV support.</p><p>·      Assist with the opening of an Executive business center with a video wall, training users on technology usage.</p><p>·      Collaborate on projects involving Zoom and Workday licensing support.</p><p>·      Provide ongoing field support for AV equipment and other IT systems, assisting the main engineer as needed.</p>
<p>·      3–5 years of experience in IT support, with strong AV and hardware troubleshooting skills.</p><p>·      Proficiency in MS O365, Azure, AWS, VMWare, Cisco Meraki, Active Directory, Jira, Teams, and Zoom.</p><p>·      Experience with NEAT hardware (conference room equipment).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Technologies Supporting/Using:</strong></p><p>·      MS O365, Azure, AWS, VMWare, Cisco Meraki, Active Directory, Jira, Teams, Zoom, NEAT hardware</p>
