<p>We are looking for a dynamic Brand Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional marketing solutions by coordinating projects, engaging with clients, and ensuring successful signage placements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with an advertising agency and directly interact with clients to enhance brand presence.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Travel to various client locations to oversee and manage the placement of marketing signage.</p><p>• Coordinate and execute project plans to meet client objectives and deadlines.</p><p>• Collaborate with advertising agencies to ensure alignment on branding and marketing strategies.</p><p>• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and fostering positive relationships.</p><p>• Manage the logistics and setup of trade show signage and other marketing materials.</p><p>• Ensure all advertising placements meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.</p><p>• Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to signage placement or client concerns.</p><p>• Maintain organized records of project details, timelines, and client communications.</p>

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.<br>• Proven expertise in managing trade show signage and advertising placements.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.<br>• Experience collaborating with advertising agencies or marketing teams.<br>• Reliable transportation to travel to various client locations as needed.<br>• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.<br>• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality execution of marketing materials.<br>• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and resolve challenges efficiently.
