We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Bartlett, Illinois. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing ERP systems to meet organizational needs. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining software efficiency and functionality.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Configure and manage SyteLine users, permissions, and system enhancements, including forms, IDOs, reports, and workbenches.<br>• Develop and maintain database objects such as tables, triggers, stored procedures, views, and indexes to optimize system operations.<br>• Apply software patches, replicate databases to test environments, and ensure the system remains up-to-date.<br>• Export and import data between SyteLine and Excel, leveraging tools like Excel Pivot Tables and macro scripting for data manipulation.<br>• Troubleshoot daily user issues related to SyteLine and its database, providing timely solutions and support.<br>• Create custom queries and modify reports to meet specific business requirements.<br>• Ensure compliance with development best practices to avoid disruptions during software version upgrades.<br>• Assist in integrating labeling software and other tools as needed to enhance system functionality.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business requirements, ensuring system alignment.<br>• Provide ongoing support for system configurations and enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in SyteLine Version 10 and related modules, with a focus on manufacturing processes.<br>• Strong SQL query skills and experience with database management.<br>• Familiarity with Excel Pivot Tables, macro scripting, and data connections.<br>• Experience with SyteLine ERP and its integration capabilities.<br>• Knowledge of API development and client-side scripting.<br>• Ability to create Business Requirement Documents and manage configuration settings.<br>• Previous experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.<br>• Experience with BarTender Labeling Software and familiarity with supply chain, financial, and inventory modules is a plus.
