Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide vital operational and clerical support for daily business activities. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless organization and execution of administrative tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide scheduling support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel plans.<br>• Draft, edit, and format documents such as correspondence, reports, and presentations.<br>• Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval.<br>• Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including preparing agendas, materials, and recording minutes.<br>• Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure inventory remains well-stocked.<br>• Assist with expense reporting, invoice management, and tracking budgets.<br>• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Support onboarding processes for new employees and assist with related administrative tasks.<br>• Execute special projects and additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.<br>• Strong proficiency in managing schedules, answering inbound calls, and performing receptionist duties.<br>• Skilled in data entry and maintaining organized filing systems.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.<br>• Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
