<p>We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Baraboo WI. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and deploying replacement computers, ensuring smooth transitions for end users, and troubleshooting hardware-related issues. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while gaining hands-on experience with various technologies.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Unbox and set up replacement computers tailored to departmental requirements.</p><p>• Configure pre-imaged systems and make necessary adjustments for end-user functionality.</p><p>• Conduct thorough testing of devices to ensure proper operation before installation.</p><p>• Install configured systems and provide user support during workstation relocation.</p><p>• Address hardware-related helpdesk tickets as they arise.</p><p>• Ensure efficient cable installation and connectivity for all deployed devices.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory and track deployed equipment.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records of completed installations and configurations.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues during deployment.</p>

<p>• Hands-on experience with computer hardware setup and configuration.</p><p>• Knowledge of cable installation and connectivity processes.</p><p>• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware-related issues.</p><p>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills for assisting end users.</p><p>• Organizational skills to manage inventory and deployment records.</p><p>• Prior experience in a technical support or PC technician role preferred</p>
