Responsibilities:• Prepare and manage journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and precise transactions.• Handle loans, including tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.• Develop and deliver financial reports to support business decisions and compliance.• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and complete.• Assist in preparing corporate tax returns and managing sales tax filings.• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and accurate accounting operations.• Support audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.

• Proven experience in corporate tax preparation and reporting.• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.• Proficiency in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledgers.• Familiarity with construction loans and related financial management.• Expertise in financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
