We are looking for an experienced Post Closer to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in managing the post-closing process for mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting seamless operations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment and enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities:• Oversee the completion of loan files with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.• Partner with the Loan Processing team to ensure all transactions meet compliance standards.• Manage documents into appropriate systems, ensuring proper documentation in all files. • Monitor and resolve post-closing exceptions in a timely manner.

• At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on post-closing processes.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Strong knowledge of mortgage closing, loan origination, and processing procedures.• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage documents and track exceptions.• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
