<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including AP and AR oversight</li><li>Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting best practices</li><li>Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Yardi, NetSuite, Sage, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>
