<p>What We’re Looking For</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field</li><li><strong>Active CPA </strong></li><li><strong>Public accounting experience strongly preferred, ideally with a Big 4 firm</strong> or large regional firm</li><li>Must have achieved <strong>Senior Associate or above</strong> in public accounting</li><li>Experience leading or supervising teams of <strong>3–6 professionals</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>ICFR</strong>, including <strong>SEC and PCAOB control requirements</strong></li><li>Experience researching and assessing technical accounting positions</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive business value and operational enhancements</li><li>Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills</li></ul><p>The strongest candidates will bring a <strong>Big 4 foundation</strong>, technical accounting depth, and the ability to transition effectively from public accounting into a corporate leadership role.
