Full Charge Bookkeeper

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial management and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.</p><p><br></p><p>For consideration reach out to Tammy Power via LinkedIn.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.</p><p>• Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports on a consistent basis.</p><p>• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with precision.</p><p>• Monitor budgets and provide support for internal financial reporting needs.</p><p>• Maintain organized and accurate accounting records using QuickBooks Online.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting policies, regulations, and standards.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to address financial inquiries and requirements.</p><p>• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.</p><p>• Support audits and financial reviews as necessary.</p>
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.<br>• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.<br>• Familiarity with nonprofit or educational accounting practices is preferred.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality.<br>• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently.<br>• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
