We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will oversee key accounting functions, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and drive process improvements for efficient operations. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with leadership and contribute to strategic financial initiatives. Responsibilities: • Lead the month-end close process across multiple entities, ensuring financial statements are accurate and prepared in compliance with US standards. • Manage all aspects of revenue recognition in alignment with applicable accounting guidelines. • Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline operations and meet efficiency targets, such as reducing monthly close timelines. • Review and oversee outputs from core transactional functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations. • Ensure compliance with state and local sales and use tax requirements, including preparation and review of necessary documentation. • Develop, document, and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to maintain regulatory standards. • Collaborate with company leadership to provide financial insights that support decision-making and operational strategies. • Assist the Controller with parent company reporting, team development initiatives, and strategic financial projects. • Act as a resource for management by translating complex financial data into actionable insights. • Uphold ethical standards and serve as a financial leader within the organization.

• Extensive experience with month-end close processes and general ledger management. • Proficiency in preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts. • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation procedures and best practices. • Expertise in revenue recognition and compliance with accounting standards. • Familiarity with managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions. • Ability to implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies. • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with leadership and cross-departmental teams. • Advanced proficiency in accounting software systems, such as Sage Intacct and FloQast.
