Marketo Marketing Specialist
<p><strong>Robert Half</strong> is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to hire a <strong>Marketo Marketing Specialist (contract).</strong> Please note, that this is a <strong>hybrid role</strong> and will require 3+ days onsite per week. The ideal applicant will serve as the go-to Marketo automation expert to ensure proper database management. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work with cross functional teams to plan, create, and execute programs and campaigns in Marketo.</li><li>Identify leads and hand them off to the appropriate team member.</li><li>Build and maintain customer journeys, drip, and one time email campaigns across the customer lifecycle to drive engagement.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing to drive conversion improvements. </li><li>Support management to define goals, KPIs, audience segments, and more.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to create, implement, and measure click-thru rates for landing pages.</li><li>Manage all lists in Marketo and maintain meaningful database segmentation.</li><li>Monitor database hygiene and perform ongoing data cleansing.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field</li><li>3+ years of experience utilizing Marketo or a similar marketing automation tool</li><li>Knowledge of email regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.</li><li>Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM or similar CRM tool</li><li>Database experience for pulling data, data cleansing, cross referencing, importing, exporting, etc.</li><li>Ability to track and report on marketing KPIs</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Contract Benefit Offerings:</strong></p><ul><li>Healthcare (medical, dental, and vision plans)</li><li>401(k) and retirement plans</li><li>Commuter benefits</li><li>Employee and vendor discounts</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li><li>And many more!</li></ul>
