Marketing Analytics Specialist
<p><strong>Robert Half</strong> is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Marketing Analytics Specialist<strong> (contract).</strong> In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming marketing data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, optimize campaign performance, and improve customer engagement. <strong>This role is on-site in Austin, Tx. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze marketing performance across channels (paid media, email, social, SEO, etc.) and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and measure ROI of marketing initiatives.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Segment audiences and analyze customer behavior to support personalization strategies.</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.</li><li>Monitor trends and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar data-focused role.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).</li><li>Proficient understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.</li><li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).</li><li>Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.</li><li>Knowledge of customer journey mapping and attribution modeling.</li><li>Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing analytics.</li><li>Certification in Google Analytics or similar platforms.</li></ul><p><strong>Contract Benefit Offerings:</strong></p><ul><li>Healthcare (medical, dental, and vision plans)</li><li>401(k) and retirement plans</li><li>Commuter benefits</li><li>Employee and vendor discounts</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li><li>And many more!</li></ul><p><br></p>
