<p>Our client is in need of a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide outstanding support to customers while handling administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and a keen attention to detail, ensuring smooth and accurate operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, delivering prompt and detail-oriented responses.</p><p>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to support customer and business needs.</p><p>• Provide quotes and handle administrative duties efficiently to contribute to team goals.</p><p>• Pull renewal letters and ensure timely distribution as part of the customer service process.</p><p>• Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to complete tasks effectively.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance overall satisfaction.</p><p>• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of work.</p><p>• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards.</p>
<p>• Proven experience in customer service, </p><p>• Strong proficiency in data entry and administrative duties.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</p><p>• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.</p><p>• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.</p><p>• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</p><p>• Familiarity with quoting and renewal processes is a plus.</p><p>• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</p>
