Lead .NET Developer
About the Opportunity Join a fast-growing, collaborative SaaS company specializing in mission-critical enterprise software (ERP/QMS solutions). We are seeking a highly experienced Full-Stack .NET Lead to step into a key role created by internal promotion. This is a chance to lead a small, focused team responsible for the development and modernization of our core proprietary applications. We offer a competitive salary, unlimited PTO, 90% paid medical, and a fun, on-site environment dedicated to team cohesion. <br> Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead a small team of software developers, assigning tasks, conducting bi-weekly 1:1s, and performing code reviews to ensure high-quality standards. Technical Direction: Set coding standards and provide hands-on development and mentorship on complex projects to drive product trajectory. Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web Forms, and .NET Core. Enterprise Development: Leverage strong development experience within an ERP, CRM, or similar large-scale enterprise application environment. Deployment & Quality: Manage builds for major and minor releases, collaborating with QC and infrastructure teams to ensure stability.
Must-Have Qualifications 7+ years of detail oriented experience in C# and the .NET Framework. 1-3 years of experience in a formal leadership, supervisory, or mentorship role. 1.5+ years of experience developing or maintaining code within an ERP or equivalent large-scale enterprise application. Proficiency with: C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Web Forms), .NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Willingness to work 100% on-site in the Aurora, IL area.
