This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities who can support financial decision-making and strategic planning. The successful candidate will play a key part in preparing and analyzing financial reports, forecasting, and providing actionable insights to drive business performance. Responsibilities:• Generate detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations tailored for management review.• Build and refine financial models to project revenue, expenses, and overall profitability.• Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results to budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.• Facilitate the budgeting and annual planning processes across various departments.• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and explain performance outcomes.• Highlight financial risks and opportunities, ensuring management is informed of potential impacts.• Support cash flow forecasting and contribute to efficient working capital management.• Develop scenario models and business cases to aid strategic initiatives and decision-making.• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to maintain accurate and consistent financial data.• Create ad-hoc reports and analyses to address specific inquiries from leadership. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business planning. • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as pivot tables, lookups, and macros. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Familiarity with financial systems, such as QuickBooks Enterprise, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting complex financial data. • Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. • A solid understanding of financial statements and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
