Executive Assistant
We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support high-level executives in their daily operations. This Contract to permanent position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and offers an opportunity to work closely with leadership, ensuring their schedules and tasks are managed efficiently. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee and manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments to optimize productivity.<br>• Prepare and refine presentations, reports, and correspondence, ensuring documents meet high standards of quality and accuracy.<br>• Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.<br>• Execute various administrative tasks, such as tracking expenses, organizing events, and maintaining document records.<br>• Support the progress of business initiatives by monitoring key milestones and updating executives accordingly.<br>• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for quick and efficient document retrieval.<br>• Facilitate effective communication between executives and stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.<br>• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.<br>• Expertise in arranging and coordinating travel plans.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.<br>• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
