Digital Systems Architect – IoT & Embedded Integration
We are looking for an experienced Digital Systems Architect to lead the design and integration of cloud-native platforms with embedded hardware systems. This role is critical for developing secure, scalable, and high-performing IoT solutions tailored to safety-critical environments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative setting, working across teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with industry standards.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop comprehensive architecture solutions that seamlessly connect embedded systems with cloud platforms.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cloud, embedded, communications, and security specialists.<br>• Ensure all systems comply with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.<br>• Provide technical support to development teams, addressing troubleshooting needs and optimizing system performance.<br>• Create detailed documentation of system architecture, data flows, and integration points.<br>• Design scalable IoT solutions tailored to mission-critical environments.<br>• Conduct regular assessments to identify and mitigate risks in embedded-to-cloud integration.<br>• Implement best practices for real-time systems and cloud-native architectures.<br>• Lead efforts to integrate microcontroller architectures and embedded Linux systems with cloud services.<br>• Stay updated on advancements in IoT and embedded technologies to inform design strategies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture for cloud and embedded systems.<br>• Extensive knowledge of IoT technologies, real-time systems, and cloud-native design principles.<br>• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, and Python.<br>• Familiarity with WebSockets and cloud IoT platform technologies.<br>• Experience working in safety-critical domains such as emergency services, automotive, or medical industries.<br>• Strong understanding of embedded Linux and microcontroller architectures.<br>• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.<br>• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
