We are looking for an experienced Digital Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge digital projects within our organization. This role is critical in shaping the technical framework and strategy for enterprise-level solutions while collaborating closely with Agile teams and cross-functional leaders. If you are passionate about creating innovative architectures and driving digital transformation, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Define and oversee the architecture and design of enterprise-level digital solutions.<br>• Develop detailed models and documentation to support technical solutions.<br>• Guide teams on the selection and use of development tools, platforms, and frameworks.<br>• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to ensure seamless project execution.<br>• Address technical challenges and provide solutions to maintain project alignment.<br>• Ensure system designs adhere to organizational standards and best practices.<br>• Conduct regular reviews to optimize architecture and improve system performance.<br>• Serve as a technical expert and mentor to team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.<br>• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to enhance digital strategies.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and architectural design.<br>• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, C++, or Java.<br>• Strong knowledge of system modeling techniques, including UML.<br>• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.<br>• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.<br>• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.<br>• Creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving.<br>• Familiarity with designing architecture for large-scale digital projects.
