Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.<br>• Maintain and organize both electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.<br>• Coordinate meeting logistics, including ordering supplies, setting up meeting spaces, and managing follow-up tasks.<br>• Assist with various departmental projects and tasks as assigned, ensuring timely completion.<br>• Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.<br>• Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold a high standard of professionalism.<br>• Respond to inbound calls and direct inquiries appropriately to support the team.<br>• Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.<br>• Accurately input data into systems and maintain up-to-date records.
• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.<br>• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.<br>• Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• A detail-oriented approach and ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.<br>• Experience with answering inbound calls and performing receptionist duties is a plus.
