Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ripon, Wisconsin. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for consumers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with professionalism. This is a contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the machinery manufacturing industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond to incoming calls and assist consumers with questions regarding home products, services, warranties, and basic troubleshooting.</p><p>• Address product quality concerns and provide clear guidance on available solutions.</p><p>• Utilize Zendesk software to manage and respond to online consumer inquiries efficiently.</p><p>• Escalate complex technical issues to authorized third-party service providers when necessary.</p><p>• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all consumer interactions within the Zendesk database.</p><p>• Keep up-to-date knowledge of home products to deliver high-quality support and assistance.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective customer service.</p><p>• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall consumer experience.</p>
• Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.<br>• Strong skills in answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.<br>• Proficiency with data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for managing records and communications.<br>• Ability to handle inquiries and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.<br>• Experience using helpdesk software, such as Zendesk, is highly desirable.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
