Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Anderson, South Carolina. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key part in assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues related to member accounts and banking. If you have a passion for delivering excellent service and thrive in a call center environment, this position is a great opportunity for you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about member accounts.<br>• Assist customers in resolving banking-related issues with efficiency and attention to detail.<br>• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a fast-paced call center setting.<br>• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.<br>• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer outcomes.<br>• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.<br>• Manage order entry tasks and ensure accuracy in data processing.<br>• Provide support to customers navigating account features and services.<br>• Uphold the company’s commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and effectively.<br>• Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Ability to perform accurate order entry and maintain detailed records.<br>• Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently.<br>• Basic understanding of banking processes and account management.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
