We are looking for an experienced Safety Coordinator to join our team in Anaheim, California. In this role, you will take the lead in ensuring workplace safety by implementing and monitoring safety programs, conducting inspections, and promoting compliance with established standards. Your expertise in safety guidelines and training will be vital in fostering a safe and productive environment for all employees.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and implement effective safety programs tailored to organizational needs.<br>• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.<br>• Provide training sessions to employees on OSHA safety guidelines and best practices.<br>• Monitor and maintain safety equipment and gear to ensure functionality and compliance.<br>• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend preventative measures to mitigate risks.<br>• Collaborate with management to update and enforce safety policies and procedures.<br>• Evaluate potential hazards and implement strategies to minimize risks.<br>• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.<br>• Promote a culture of safety by leading initiatives and encouraging employee participation.<br>• Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to safety inspections and audits.

• Proven experience in safety coordination or a related role.<br>• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.<br>• Ability to conduct thorough audits and inspections.<br>• Proficiency in designing and delivering safety training programs.<br>• Familiarity with safety equipment and its proper use.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing potential hazards.<br>• Strong communication skills to effectively convey safety guidelines and policies.<br>• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
