Human Resources (HR) Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Alpharetta, Georgia. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth processes, and delivering excellent service to employees and management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various HR functions in a dynamic environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct and manage background checks for new hires to ensure compliance with company standards.<br>• Assist with employee benefit functions, including enrollment, updates, and addressing inquiries.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service to staff and management, resolving HR-related questions efficiently.<br>• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes.<br>• Administer payroll processes using ADP, ensuring timely and accurate payments.<br>• Create, edit, and manage documents using Adobe Acrobat to support HR communications and operations.<br>• Perform administrative tasks, including preparing reports and maintaining records using Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve HR workflows and enhance department efficiency.<br>• Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding processes.<br>• Assist management in tracking and reporting HR metrics to drive informed decision-making.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role or related field.<br>• Proficiency in conducting background checks and managing HR-related documentation.<br>• Experience with employee benefits administration and customer service.<br>• Familiarity with HRIS systems for maintaining employee records.<br>• Skilled in using ADP for payroll processing and management.<br>• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat for creating and editing documents.<br>• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<br>• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
