Compensation & Benefits Specialist
<p>We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our client's team on a contract basis in Knoxville, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and analyzing employee benefits, ensuring smooth enrollment processes, and supporting overall compensation strategies. This is an onsite position, with the potential for extension or transition to a long-term role.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate and oversee open enrollment activities, ensuring effective communication and seamless execution.</p><p>• Evaluate employee benefits options and compensation data to recommend improvements and adjustments.</p><p>• Generate detailed reports on compensation and benefits plans, providing valuable insights for decision-making.</p><p>• Perform administrative tasks such as mail merges and data processing using Word and Excel.</p><p>• Merge spreadsheets, calculate formulas, and maintain accurate and organized records.</p><p>• Support office operations and collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks.</p><p>• Assist in analyzing salary structures and benefit offerings to align with organizational goals.</p><p>FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION PLEASE CONTACT: KELLY FELLOWS 865-370-2219</p>
• Proven experience managing open enrollment processes and coordinating employee benefits.<br>• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve compensation and benefits plans.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and spreadsheet merging.<br>• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, particularly mail merges and formatting.<br>• Self-driven and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.<br>• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in compensation and benefits administration.
