<p>The Senior Accountant role is a key position within the finance team, responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with GAAP, and timely reporting. This role oversees critical functions such as month- and year-end closing, account reconciliations, fixed asset management, and variance analysis, while also supporting audits and cash forecasting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, along with 5+ years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in accounting systems. Success in this role depends on strong analytical ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively across teams.</p>

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.<br>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.<br>• Strong proficiency in month-end close processes, general ledger management, and journal entries.<br>• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and complex formulas.<br>• Experience with Costpoint - Deltek or similar accounting systems.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
