This role also supports vendor onboarding, prepares reports such as aging schedules, and assists with audits as needed. Candidates should bring at least 5 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail. Additional qualifications such as an associate’s degree, ERP system experience, and excellent communication skills are highly valued.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions. • Experience with automated payment systems such as ACH and check processing. • Ability to reconcile accounts and analyze discrepancies effectively. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. • An associate’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
