We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with strong experience in low-voltage systems/physical security in the Denver, Colorado area. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end project delivery, serve as the main point of contact for clients, and ensure exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will balance project execution with a commitment to outstanding client interaction, aiming for total client satisfaction on every assignment. <br> Key Responsibilities: <br> Lead coordination, scheduling, and completion of projects involving low-voltage systems, such as structured cabling and related technologies. Serve as a primary liaison for clients - actively communicate project updates, respond to issues promptly, and go the extra mile to ensure client delight. Oversee all phases of project implementation, including the management of teams, contractors, and external partners. Drive projects to completion on schedule and within budget, while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, verify workmanship, and enforce safety. Review technical documentation and project plans for accuracy and feasibility. Track project budgets, materials, deliverables, and maintain thorough project documentation. Proactively identify potential risks or changes, ensuring they are managed effectively and communicated clearly to clients and stakeholders. Oversee system commissioning, secure formal client sign-off, and assure comprehensive close-out documentation. Build strong detail oriented relationships with clients and project teams, maintaining transparency and trust throughout the engagement. Qualifications: Proven experience managing/participating in low-voltage projects is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset. Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities.

Previous experience (typically 3–5 years) successfully managing projects involving low-voltage/physical security technology installations. Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and documenting workflows, with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate stakeholder interactions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience supervising the deployment or field implementation of technology infrastructure or similar systems, including site leadership responsibilities. Familiarity with standards and industry-recognized best practices relating to the installation and integration of technology solutions - familiarity with systems such as Verkada a plus. Ability to oversee several active projects at once, with a track record of managing project timelines, budgets, and field teams in dynamic environments. Adept in leveraging a range of project management methodologies (such as traditional, hybrid, or iterative approaches) and project management software. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently with minimal oversight and as part of a collaborative group. Working knowledge of productivity and project-tracking tools commonly used in technology project environments. Comfortable adapting to change, introducing improvements to internal processes, and building effective working relationships with clients and team members. Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, with a high sense of urgency and commitment to excellent outcomes.
