Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Albany, New York. • Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.<br>• Familiarity with office equipment and basic administrative tools.<br>• Proficiency in handling phone systems and email correspondence.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
