We are looking for a Leasing Agent to join our team in Albany, New York. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for prospective and current residents while supporting the daily operations of the leasing office. If you thrive in a customer-focused environment and enjoy helping people find their perfect home, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome and assist prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm.<br>• Conduct property tours that highlight the features and benefits of available units.<br>• Clearly explain leasing terms and guide applicants through the lease application process.<br>• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to encourage property visits and applications.<br>• Provide support during move-ins, lease renewals, and other resident-related activities.<br>• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient daily operations.<br>• Address connectivity issues and resolve customer concerns effectively.<br>• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with inquiries and provide solutions.<br>• Manage email correspondence to respond to resident and applicant questions promptly.

• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.<br>• Highly organized with the ability to follow up and manage multiple tasks effectively.<br>• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.<br>• Proficiency in handling multi-browser tasks and navigating online systems.<br>• Ability to resolve connectivity-related issues and provide technical support.<br>• Comfortable managing inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with email correspondence and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Sales skills that contribute to meeting leasing goals and objectives.
