The ideal candidate has experience with accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and both month-end and year-end closings. Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and promptly. • Prepare and issue invoices while maintaining organized financial records. • Manage payroll activities to ensure timely and accurate payments. • Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciling accounts. • Generate financial reports to provide insights into the organization's financial performance. • Utilize accounting software such as Zoho Office Suite and QuickBooks Online for efficient record-keeping. • Conduct data entry tasks with precision to maintain the integrity of financial information. • Assist in reviewing and improving financial processes to enhance accuracy and compliance. • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations in all accounting activities.

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management. • Proficiency in accounting software, including Zoho Office Suite and QuickBooks Online. • Strong understanding of payroll administration and financial reporting. • Familiarity with month-end and year-end closing processes. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to analyze financial data and produce accurate reports. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders. • Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
