The role requires experience with commission calculation tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to serve as the main contact for commission-related inquiries.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·      Calculate and process commission payouts accurately using commission software (e.g., Varicent).</p><p>·      Address commission-related queries and provide clear explanations of policies and calculations.</p><p>·      Manage and validate data, performing testing in Excel when required.</p><p>·      Support plan updates, adjustments, and records management with cross-functional teams.</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>·      3-5 years of experience in commission analysis or compensation-related roles.</p><p>·      Hands-on experience with commission calculation tools like Varicent (preferred); Captivate, Everstage, Spiff is a plus.</p><p>·      Strong attention to detail, time-management, and organizational skills.</p><p>·      Proficiency in Excel for data validation and basic testing.</p><p><br></p>
