Our key areas of focus
Our approach to governance includes how we promote ethics and integrity, how we structure our board of directors, and how we build trust with stakeholders.

Our enterprise values — integrity, inclusion, innovation, and commitment to success — serve as the cornerstones for everything we do and guide our work with clients, candidates, and suppliers. We recognize that our commitment to ESG is an ongoing journey, and I look forward to continuing to find ways for us to lead with integrity.
Engaging our stakeholders
We engage stakeholders to identify important ESG topics, which then informs and directs our sustainable and socially responsible practices.
A materiality assessment provides further insight into the ESG topics most important to our stakeholders and helps to solidify our work into a unified strategy.
We develop our ESG approach with input from across our stakeholders and from our board and senior leadership. Our annual reporting on ESG topics helps to drive accountability.
