The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud administration, system automation, and engineering software, playing a critical role in ensuring high performance and reliability of our systems.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong> </li><li>Configure and manage AWS EC2 instances for optimal performance and security. </li><li>Administer cloud user accounts, permissions, and access controls. </li><li>Develop and maintain infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation templates. </li><li>Perform Windows and Linux system administration, including patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting. </li><li>Install, configure, and maintain CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) applications in cloud environments. </li><li>Administer and maintain NetApp storage systems and enterprise file shares, ensuring availability, performance, and data integrity. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services. </li><li>Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and scalability of cloud resources. </li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>Prepare and post journal entries</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts</li><li>Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems</li><li>Support accounts payable and receivable functions</li><li>Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies</li><li>Prepare financial reports for management review</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li></ul>
