Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts by following up on outstanding balances and driving timely payment activity. • Track receivables aging trends and take appropriate action to help keep delinquency levels within company expectations. • Research billing concerns, disputes, and payment variances, then coordinate solutions that are accurate and responsive to customer needs. • Examine short-paid invoices and deduction activity to determine root causes and support recovery of open amounts. • Communicate account status, collection progress, and risk items with internal stakeholders, including leadership and sales partners. • Work cross-functionally with teams across the business to support issue resolution, customer satisfaction, and financial results. • Review customer accounts against credit guidelines and authorize order releases for accounts that meet payment requirements. • Utilize Microsoft D365 and reporting tools such as Power BI to monitor account activity and support collection decision-making.
