<p>Remote position available! A client based in Bergen County, NJ is currently seeking a Compensation Analyst on a contract basis to handle an extended leave of absence. The Compensation Analyst will serve as a liaison between departmental HR Business Partners and Divisional Management to assist with navigating year-end compensation processes, including ensuring compliance with compensation adjustments as a result of year-end reviews and promotions. Responsibilities will include compensation planning, ensuring budget analysis and compliance, submitting recommendations for compensation increases (adjustments), and reviewing job offers. The ideal Compensation Analyst will have recent experience in a compensation role conducting a variety of analysis, will have a strong knowledge of compensation specific terminology and processes, and will have a demonstrated history of handling year-end compensation processes.
