The primary responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk will be assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R), matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, and general forms of data entry. Come work in a stimulating work environment in a position with excellent growth opportunity and consistently rewarding work.</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>- Upload financial information to journals, registers, and ledgers, manually or by electronic equipment</p><p>- Organize documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of expenditure codes and accounting codes</p><p>- Companywide accounting and administration assistance: help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects</p><p>- Rectify transaction documents, which may involve revision of other documents or entries as well as the original; may initiate other actions</p><p>- Settle discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as required</p><p>- Monitor budgets and originate or verify adjustments and transfers</p><p>- Compose statements and reports that require utilization of a variety of sources</p><p>- Assist Accounts Receivable: process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipt, help with collection of past due balance</p><p>- Help Accounts Payable: A/P invoice matching & filing, vendor invoices and disbursement filing</p><p> </p><p>*Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.</p><p> </p><p>Please submit your resume and call 651-293-3973 for review and consideration. </p>
